Even though the retreat location was virtual, there was REAL WORK going on here. It’s been nice giving some real attention to the craft of writing. While some people have a natural gift or affinity for it, I’m a true believer that anyone can become a better writer. It’s just like any other skill. Practice, study, try, fail, and try again. Just don’t quit and you will definitely improve.
Make sure you hop over to Sara’s blog. It’s not too late to enter our illustrious (and exhausted) retreat host’s giveaway and thank her profusely for being so generous with her time and knowledge.
It pains me to say this, but it’s time to pack it in and go home.
Thanks to Sara Biren and everyone who commented and followed my progress this week. I appreciate it!

Aw, my boys! Love it!
You are very welcome. I’m glad that you enjoyed the retreat and that you found it helpful and (hopefully) inspiring. Thank you for all your shout-outs throughout the week. Mark your calendar for another retreat next February!
You’re welcome! I really appreciate all the effort you put into it.
Congrats on doing the virtual retreat! It seems you learned a lot and had a great time.
I really did. It was a lot of fun!
Love the waving Beatles! yes, I did the recharge too. Nice that Sara was the impetus for that.
I’m always so amazed at the generosity of writers.
